2. Description of Service

Cardofly provides digital business card creation, PWA profile installation, custom downloadable QR codes, and mini e-commerce catalog store management with WhatsApp checkout integrations.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or operating a legally recognized business entity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to upload fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, explicit, or illegal content on your digital business card or store catalog.

4. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Instant Delivery

Cardofly offers Basic Plan and Pro Plan subscription tiers:

• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment via online payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI/Cards), your account and subscription plan are activated instantly. You get immediate access to your downloadable QR code, digital profile URL, and store management tools.
• Renewals: Plans are billed annually. You will receive renewal notices prior to plan expiration.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver top-quality digital solutions. Our refund & cancellation policy is outlined below:

• Free Trial: We offer a 3-Day Free Trial for new accounts to explore and test all digital card features before making a payment.
• Refund Eligibility: If you experience technical service failure or billing errors, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team with proof of payment.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Payments made after using the service for more than 7 days, or accounts terminated due to policy violations (illegal content, fraud) are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, website design, branding, and platform features belong exclusively to Cardofly. You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and product catalog images uploaded to your profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cardofly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party network interruptions, or loss of customer inquiries through external channels like WhatsApp.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
