📜 Cardofly Partner Program Terms & Rules

Please read these rules carefully. By joining as an Affiliate Partner, you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Self-Referral Prohibited (Apna Hi Link Use Karna Manaa Hai)
Aap apne referral link se apna hi business register karke commission claim nahi kar sakte. Affiliate links ka use sirf naye third-party merchants aur customers ko refer karne ke liye hai. Self-referrals system dwara automatically detect karke reject kar diye jayenge.
2. One-Time New Customer Commission (Sirf Naye Users Par Commission)
Commission sirf New Merchants / Customers ke pehle successful Plan purchase par hi credit hoga. Merchant agle saal subscription renew karata hai ya koi secondary service buy karta hai, to uska renewal commission affiliate ko nahi milega.
3. Flexible Pricing & Commission Rates
Cardofly apne business operational requirements, market conditions, ya company policy ke mutabiq plan pricing, instant commission rates, ya onboarding profile bonus amounts me kabhi bhi badlaav (aage/piche) kar sakti hai. Updated rates new referrals par apply honge.
4. Anti-Fraud & Account Deactivation Policy
Strict Warning: Agar kisi affiliate dwara fraud, misinformation (jaise fake plastic/NFC card ka jhootha vaada karna), spamming, fake leads, ya system manipulation ka prayas paaya jata hai, to Cardofly ko uska affiliate account instant deactive / terminate karne aur unpaid balance forfeit karne ka poora haq hai.
5. Right to Modify or Terminate Program
Agar company ko financially manage karne me dikkat aati hai, business restructuring hoti hai, ya operational reasons hote hain, to Cardofly bina kisi prior liability ke Affiliate Program ko Modify, Suspend, ya Permanent Band karne ka poora adhikar rakhti hai.
6. Minimum Payout & Payment Verification
Affiliate commission payouts minimum threshold (default ₹500) complete hone par hi process honge. Valid UPI ID ya Bank Account details hona zaroori hai. Incorrect payout details ki wajah se hone wale failed transfers ke liye partner khud zimmedar hoga.
